Hell's Door Concept art

Figuring out the door to Lucifers Castle-door was a true blast and a challenge as we had a lot of good ideas and the comic to look back to. We wanted to keep the initial design with the Pentagram but add the element of time and the feeling of something great and ancient. We also needed it to work with a scale as big as an apartment building which led us to a design put together of different layers of carved rock. A bunch of unshown sketches and experiments went into this one!
